The Application Forms Can Be Filled & Submitted Only Through Online Which is Available in The College Website www.stmarthasnursingcollege.com
Application & Prospectus fee should be paid through Online
- a. GNM Course ------- Rs. 400/-
- b. B.Sc. Nursing Course ------- Rs. 800/-
- c. M.Sc. Nursing Course ------- Rs. 800/-
- d. NPCC Course ------- Rs. 800/-
Candidates Are Requested To Keep The Following Before Filling The Forms Online.
- Scanned Soft Copy Of Passport Size Photograph & Signature
- Scanned Soft Copy Of X (or) SSLC , XI and XII Mark Sheets (for GNM & B.Sc. Nursing Course)
- Scanned Soft Copy of B.Sc. or PB B.Sc. Degree Certificate & Registration Certificate (for M.sc Nursing Course)
- Specification For Photograph: Recent Colour Passport Size Photograph With Light Background, JPEG Format Not Exceeding 80 KB.
- Specification For Signature: Scanned Signature JPEG Format Not Exceeding 50 KB.
Candidates Are Requested To Keep The Following Before Filling The Forms Online.
- Candidates must ensure that the email ID and the Phone Numbers given in the application forms are correct. Since all the correspondence will be sent to mail and SMS to the given Phone Number.
- Candidates must fill all the required field in the Application form correctly.
- Make the necessary Application form fee through Online & submit the Application form.
- On Submission of the Application form, they can take the printout of the payment receipt and the College Prospectus
